The Export EditorΒΆ
As the tool for editing export specifications, the YES3 Editor is the workhorse of YES3 Exporter II. It is loaded from the Export Manager, and opens into a separate browser window or tab. There are two components to the export editor, called settings and items, selectable by a radio button control at the top left of the page.
Export settings are properties that control the form and function of the export, such as the name, export layout, export format, record selection criteria and so on.
Export items are the forms and fields to include in the export. An export may include any number of form and/or field items, and each item can be specific to an event.
As explained in the Getting Help topic, extensive inline help is available for all aspects of the Export Editor. You should refer to tooltips and topic help panels built into the UI for guidance on editing exports.
