The project settings in the YES3 Exporter II EM configuration are explained below.
EXPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Specifies the user who will receive all email notifications generated by the YES3 Exporter. In addition, this user account is associated internally with automated daily runs or 'cron jobs'. Typically this is a data manager or project director. This is a required setting.
DAILY EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
When enabled, the designated administrator will receive daily emails, summarizing all export activity over the last 24 hours.
BACKUP RETENTION
Each time an export specification is modified, a backup of the previous version is automatically saved. This setting allows you to choose how many generations of each export specification should be retained. The default is 20 generations, but you may increase that number if you prefer a longer version history or decrease it to preserve data storage usage.
CRON LOG
This isn't really a setting, but a display of the logs generated by the nightly automated 'housecleaning' tasks that the YES3 Exporter II carries out. This log is read-only and will include an accounting of any errors encountered.
Legacy YES3 Exporter transfer status
This setting will display the current status of YES3 Exporter transfers.
Possible values are
- 'nolegacy'
- 'pending'
- 'transferred'
- 'declined'
If you previously declined a transfer but now wish to proceed, simply clear the transfer status field in the EM configuration to re-enable transfer options.
